Welcome to Harmonic Performance (HP), a company born to enquire, search, support and ultimately shine light on the interwoven fabric of success that we as humans are so freakishly obsessed with in the three domains of sport, business, and life. The mission of Harmonic Performance is to provide unrivalled service, clarity, and understanding of the stitching required to form our ultimate quilt of success in whatever we do, whether it be in the arena of Sport, Business or simply (not so simply!) life in general. More so our mission is to strive to harmonize this success and other facets of our life in the process, limiting the strains on our loved ones, personal and financial health.
But wait, sometimes success in those arenas is actually quite simple from a formulaic perspective (i.e. make this much profit, win this many championships or games, and get job, start business, get married have kids, die happy blah blah) what we here at Harmonic Performance are so wittingly obsessed with is achieving harmony (or some level of it!) in both our pursuit and ultimate attainment of success.
To achieve a level of harmony in success means that one does not compromise on one’s values and principles while chasing success – is this even possible in this day & age?! We’ll find out….but it also means that success is not only defined by material accomplishments but also by inner peace, fulfilment and a sense of purpose. Achieving this balance is what we at HP truly believe the human being is chasing, not just metric driven success – because we’ve all heard of the story of the person with everything, who achieved everything but is still inherently miserable! Ultimately harmony, allows one to lead a more fulfilling and sustainable life.

Over the coming months, years (who knows how many rabbit holes we may go down!) we’ll explore what makes up success in each arena, look at past and present case studies, published research, stimulate conversation between users online and offline, as well as speak to some of the world’s leading performers in each arena.
Over time, the written word on these specific content areas may come to be audible, and soon after ‘workshop-able’ and fully consumable to you my fellow human – unless of course you demand it happen sooner.
